Setting Up Post-Processing In Unity

Today’s Objective: Set up Unity’s post-processing in my Galactic Conquest game.

Install the latest “Post Processing” package from Package Manager
Create a “Post-process Volume” from “Right-Click/3D Object”
Create a new PP profile by clicking “New” on the component
Set “Is Global” to True, if you want PP to affect the whole scene
Create a “Post Processing” User Layer
Add the Volume to the new layer
Add a “Post-Process Layer” component to the camera
On the PP Volume again, add desired effect overrides and check the box of any effect setting you want to not be default
The effects are visible in the Game window, so tweak the settings as you would like
